How do I deposit funds into my account?

Once you have logged in to the site, the YOUR ACCOUNT section will be displayed. Click on DEPOSIT and enter the figure you wish to add to your balance. Confirm the request by entering your PASSWORD/PIN. Funds will be deducted from your bank account immediately. The minimum deposit is £10.

I cannot deposit into my account, what should I do?

If you are receiving a 'Payment Declined' message you will first need to check if the correct card details are registered to your account and double check that the last four digits of your card, the start and expiry date are correct. If any of these details have changed please select YOUR ACCOUNT then PERSONAL DETAILS to amend them. If you have been issued with a new card which has a new card number please contact Customer Services - see the top right of your screen for the contact information.

Which credit cards can I use?

We accept the following card types:

Solo
Switch
Delta
MasterCard
Laser
Visa Electron
Cards displaying the VISA symbol.

Deposits to your balance will appear on your card statement as "BSQ/MG."

Can I register more than one debit/credit card?

Customers have the option of having up to three payment methods active at any stage. We currently accept most Credit and Debit Cards, Moneybookers, Neteller and Ukash Vouchers.

Can I change the payment card registered to my account?

If your card has expired and the long number across the centre of your card has remained the same you can alter this information by accessing the 'Update details' section within 'My Account'. If the long number across the centre of the card has changed please contact our Customer Service Team - see the top right of your screen for the contact information.

What is 3D Secure?

During the deposit process you may be requested to enter your 3D-Secure password for credit card deposits. 3D-Secure Authentication is an enhanced security measure being introduced by all credit card companies for all internet payments. This is the internet equivalent of Chip & Pin.

If your bank/card provider has enabled this measure of security you will be prompted to enter your 3D-Secure password during the deposit process.This allows customers to interact directly with their card issuing bank and authenticate their deposit by entering a unique password to verify their identity before the payment is authorised.

What is Ukash?

Ukash is a pre paid voucher payment option. Only GBP and the Euro are accepted as forms of currency. All deposits made using UKASH will incur a 5% fee for administration purposes. The 5% fee is applicable on every individual UKASH transaction you make and is automatically debited from your total deposit amount. My Ukash Voucher is being rejected, what can I do?

Check the expiry date and that you're using the correct 19 digit Ukash number. Also, make sure that the amount of Ukash covers the cost of your purchase. If all these things are correct and your Ukash Voucher is still rejected please contact Ukash direct on 0808 234 6244.
